PIA offers recruitment services for both contract and permanent position assignments. The core of our methodology and success is that we take the time to understand your business, including your people, your current and future technology needs and your cultural and social environment, and then match your requirements with the right candidate. Once we have got to know you and your company's needs we will assign the most suitable PIA Consultant to you. They will be your contact during the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Once the key criteria for the role is established we will search our database, utilise our networks and affiliates and other traditional recruitment methods to source suitable candidates for your role. All our candidates are thoroughly interviewed, reference checked, their qualifications are verified and their skills are assessed to ensure that we only send through to you the best possible match.
National and International Resourcing Specialists
Our databases and networks provide access to details of upwards of 100,000 qualified candidates worldwide. In most cases, we aim to identify suitable candidates within one to two days, at no advertising cost to you.
Through our membership of both CareersMultiList (CML) and National Personnel Associates (NPA) we have access to the resources of over 470 recruitment agencies throughout the world. This enables us to search both active and passive candidates on six continents and provide a local connection that gives you global reach. These additional resources also enable us to quickly identify candidates that are abroad which is critical in the current candidate short market.
Where new staff need to be imported we can handle any visa issues on your behalf. For such overseas candidates, we arrange initial interviews at one of our affiliates' offices overseas either 'face to face' or via video.

Through our business activities and our large networks we come across ambitious technology professionals from time to time who are seeking to enhance their career opportunities and we store this information confidentially in our extensive database. When necessary we will use our professionalism and complete discretion to match industry-leading clients and top-quality candidates for the benefit of both parties. However we will under no circumstances poach candidates from our clients or approach already placed candidates as we believe this completely undermines the relationships already built.
Professional Career Guidance and Tailored Outplacement Services
We provide a pro-active outplacement and career-counselling service for your existing permanent staff, preventing the organisational stress and disruption of unplanned retrenchment. As well we offer the longer term service to ensure that personnel are equipped to rejoin the workforce in a very short time.
